We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Lead PreK / Kindergarten Enrichment Teacher to join our team at Kids 'R' Kids of Olentangy in Delaware, OH. Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities
- Provide a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children
- Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers
- Observe and assess children's development and progress
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to create a positive learning environment
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
- Previous experience working with preschool and kindergarten-aged children
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Possess or willing to obtain CPR and First Aid certification
- Passion for early childhood education and commitment to providing high-quality care and education
