Job Description:
Full Time Afternoon hours are 9:00-6:00 PM Monday-Friday
-Manage a classroom of toddlers at state level ratio (i.e. 1:5, 1:9) when lead teacher is gone for the day
-Help implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities for preschool children
- Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow
- Foster social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development through play and structured activities
- Encourage creativity and imagination through art, music, and storytelling
- Collaborate with Lead teachers and staff to ensure a well-rounded educational experience
- Maintain a clean and organized classroom environment

Requirements:
- Previous experience working with toddler children in a classroom (12 months to 2 year olds)
- Knowledge of child development principles and best practices in early childhood education
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Patience, compassion, and the ability to connect with young children
- Ability to create a positive and inclusive learning environment
- CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
