Position Overview :
As our Curriculum Coordinator you will :
Develop & Implement an engaging, research-based curriculum that meets state and national standards.
Support & Train Teachers in best practices for lesson planning, classroom management, and child development.
Monitor & Assess classroom instruction to ensure high-quality learning experiences.
Collaborate with Staff & Families
Stay Current with the latest trends in early childhood education and integrate them into our program.
Qualifications :
Bachelors or Masters degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
Experience in curriculum development and classroom instruction for young children.
Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills.
Knowledge of state licensing requirements and quality improvement programs (Quality Rated).
