What You’ll Do :
Implement developmentally appropriate lesson plans
Foster a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment
Build strong relationships with children and their families
Observe and assess children’s development to support growth
Collaborate with assistant teachers and center leadership
Ensure compliance with state licensing and quality standards
What We’re Looking For :
A passion for early childhood education
CDA, Associate’s, or Bachelor’s in Early Childhood Education (or related field) preferred
Experience working with toddlers in a childcare setting
Strong classroom management and communication skills
A team player with a warm, caring attitude
