What are the responsibilities and job description for the Infant/Toddler Teacher position at Kids R Kids?

Attend trainings and remain current in CPR & First Aid Certifications.
Candidates with CDA, Bachelors Degree, Associate's Degree or TCC credential Highly Preferred
This position requires leading a classroom of children from 6 weeks to 12 months and 12 months to 18 months.
Meet all Quality Assurance Best Practice Guidelines as well as state, health, and federal licensing regulations.
Document incidents and accidents appropriately.
Able to create engaging and meaningful lesson plans.
Able to communicate with parents and Assistant Teacher.
Report any suspected abuse to the supervisor.
Maintain confidentiality.
Arrange classroom environment to program goals and philosophy.
Must have a satisfactory comprehensive criminal background check.
A minimum of 1-2 years experience is a MUST .
Work shift is Full-Time , 9 : 30am - 6 : 30 p.m,
The salary range is $12-$15 / hr based on education credentials.
