Summary
Kids R Love Learning Center is seeking a reliable and nurturing individual to join our team as a Child Care Floater and / or Driver. This role involves providing care and support to children in various age groups throughout our center, as well as assisting with transportation needs, including transport children to and from school and other activities. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with children, strong organizational skills, and a valid driver's license.
Duties
Child Care Support :
Assist in the supervision and care of children across different age groups.
Implement engaging and age-appropriate activities to promote learning and development.
Support classroom teachers in maintaining a safe, clean, and organized environment.
Provide individualized attention to children as needed, fostering a nurturing and positive atmosphere.
Transportation :
Safely transport children to and from the daycare center, following all traffic laws and safety regulations.
Ensure the safety and well-being of children during transportation.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the daycare vehicle.
Communicate effectively with parents regarding transportation schedules and any changes.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent.
18 yrs of age or older.
Ability to pass a background check and fingerprinting.
Eligible to work in the UnitedStates.
Reliable Transportation to and from work.
Ability to adapt to different age groups and classroom environments.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment and adapt to changing situations.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Nice To Haves
Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
Experience working with children in a childcare or early childhood educational setting preferred .
First Aid and CPR certification (preferred or willingness to obtain).
Bilingual(English / Spanish)
