What are the responsibilities and job description for the Youth Mental Health Worker position at Kids Thrive?
Kids Thrive is a pediatric day treatment program that serves children ages 3 to 10 with expanding services across Ohio. We are seeking a qualified Group Facilitator to join our team of mental health professionals. As a Group Facilitator, you will lead groups and support the therapeutic milieu under the direction of the Clinical Director. Your responsibilities will include ensuring that the schedule/program is consistently delivered, clients are supervised, safety is maintained, and clients and families are treated with respect and dignity.

Qualifications and Responsibilities:
- Education: High school degree or degree from an accredited college. Combination of education and relevant work experience may be required.
- Experience: Previous experience in a mental health or education setting with young children, with direct experience working with children with mental health or significant behaviors difficulties.
- Additional Requirements: CPR certification and Handle With Care (HWC) within 30 days of employment. Completion of additional mental health training within 30 days of employment. Must be at least 18 years of age. May be required to work flexible hours and overtime.
