Youth Soccer Coach

Job Overview
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Soccer Coach to lead our youth soccer programs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sports coaching, particularly in soccer, and a commitment to fostering a positive and engaging environment for young athletes. This role involves not only teaching the fundamentals of soccer but also promoting teamwork, discipline, and sportsmanship among players.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement training sessions that enhance players' skills and understanding of the game.
• Organize and lead practices, ensuring that all participants are engaged and learning effectively.
• Create game strategies and prepare the team for competitions.
• Monitor player progress and provide constructive feedback to support their development.
• Foster a positive team culture that encourages respect, teamwork, and sportsmanship.
• Communicate effectively with players, parents, and other coaching staff regarding schedules, expectations, and player performance.
• Ensure the safety of all participants during practices and games by adhering to safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in sports coaching, particularly in soccer; experience working with students is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of soccer fundamentals and strategies.
• Background in physical education or related fields is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire young athletes.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends as needed for practices and games.
• A passion for youth development through sports and physical activity.

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
