Duties

- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to enhance the overall educational experience.
- Provide care for infants or toddlers as needed, ensuring their safety and well-being.
- Support children with special needs or disabilities through tailored activities and behavior management strategies.
Skills
- Strong knowledge of childhood development principles and early childhood education practices.
- Experience in preschool settings or similar environments is preferred.
- Proficient in classroom management techniques to maintain an orderly learning space.
- Ability to engage children in educational activities while promoting creativity and exploration.
- Familiarity with behavior management strategies to address various challenges effectively.
- Experience in nannying or providing infant care is advantageous.
- Understanding of special education needs and the ability to work with children with disabilities is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with children, parents, and colleagues.
