Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Daycare Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in nurturing and educating young children in a safe and engaging environment. The Daycare Teacher will create lesson plans, facilitate activities, and foster a love for learning among children from infancy through preschool age.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that promote early childhood education and development.
- Create a safe, nurturing, and inclusive environment for all children, including those with special needs.
- Monitor and assess children's progress in various developmental areas, providing feedback to parents as necessary.
- Manage classroom behavior effectively using positive reinforcement techniques.
- Engage children in educational activities that promote cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development.
- Provide care for infants and toddlers, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.
- Collaborate with parents and caregivers to support children's learning and development at home.
