Kids Way PreK Assistant works along side a Lead Teacher implementing our class curriculum, arts & crafts, circle time, snacks/lunch, recess, and gym time. All employees help with the required cleaning and maintenance of the classroom.

Kids Way enrolls only 14 children in our PreK Class with a Lead Teacher and AM/PM assistants; most preschools enroll 20 children with the same number of staff.

Hours are Monday through Friday, 7:30 am - 1:00 pm. Additional hours may be required when a coworker is ill or on vacation.

Applicants must be 18 years old and a high school graduate, or equivalent, have reliable transportation, submit to a background check, as well as, all other licensing required training.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
