If so, we invite you to join our team as a BCBA at KidsChoice Therapy, a leading Outpatient Pediatric Therapy clinic dedicated to making a positive impact on the lives of individuals with autism and related developmental disorders through ABA, Speech, OT, and much more! We are seeking a full-time BCBA who has a passion for helping kids, as well as, their families and will show a true investment in supporting the childhood population.
Qualifications & Responsibilities
Qualifications:
- Certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
- Demonstrated strong skills in communication and behavior management.
- Ability to be flexible and to work collaboratively.
- Ability to respond to emergency situations quickly and safely.
- Strong skills in writing.
- Demonstrated capacity for empathy and creative problem solving.
- Comfortable with providing and receiving regular feedback.
Responsibilities:
- Prompts safe and socially acceptable replacement behaviors in order to build a repertoire of communication, social interaction, and problem-solving skills.
- Increases the frequency or duration of safe and appropriate replacement behaviors by providing access to various supports and reinforcements.
- Collaborates with team members to provide interventions and supports.
- Helps maintain the learning environment by supporting students and working proactively to reduce behavioral difficulties.
- Provide crisis intervention and back-up support as necessary and requested.

Salary : $85,000 - $110,000
