Job Description:
As a Call Center Representative at Kidshine Pediatric Dental Group, you will be the first point of contact for families seeking dental care. Your primary responsibility will be to manage incoming calls, schedule appointments, and address inquiries with professionalism and empathy. You will play a key role in ensuring that our patients and their families have a smooth and positive experience from the moment they reach out to us.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls and respond to patient inquiries regarding services, appointments, and office information.
- Schedule and confirm patient appointments using our scheduling software.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing patient concerns and resolving issues in a timely manner.
- Assist in patient follow-up calls and reminders for upcoming appointments.
- Maintain a positive and friendly demeanor while managing a high volume of calls.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth patient care processes.
- Ensure all information is accurately entered into the system and up-to-date.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree or higher preferred.
- Previous experience in a call center, customer service, or medical office environment is a plus.
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Compassionate, patient, and comfortable working with children and families.
- Proficiency in computer systems and basic office software.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
