We are currently in a hiring cycle and are looking for associate Dentists to work with us in one of several locations we operate in New Mexico.

• We will assist you with the transition to NM if you choose to be a part of our team. Our Dentists are the most important people in our organization right next to our patients. We feel that once you talk with us and have some detail specific questions answered, you will see why our Dentists stay with us sometimes for their entire careers.
• Responsibilities
• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop treatment plans tailored to individual needs.
• Perform a variety of dental procedures, including extractions, prosthodontics, and oral surgery, while adhering to HIPAA regulations.
• Maintain accurate medical records and documentation to ensure compliance with dental standards.
• Provide exceptional patient care, addressing concerns and educating patients on oral health.
• Collaborate with dental assistants and office staff to ensure efficient clinic operations.
• Utilize dental software systems such as Dentrix and patient management.

Prerequisites for the position of Associate Dentist are.

• Graduated with a DMD or DDS
• Able to practice in the USA
• Able to be credentialed in the State of New Mexico
