Job Title
We are seeking a highly experienced and dedicated Youth Development Director to lead our team in providing a safe, fun, and enriching environment for children. The ideal candidate will have experience in early childhood education and be able to effectively develop and implement recreational programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Program Development – Contribute to the design and implementation of recreational programs to meet business and customer needs.
- Staff Development – Assist in developing, training, and supporting staff to create a positive work environment.
- Quality Assurance – Monitor the quality of program implementation by staff and address concerns from clients, staff, and children.
- Communication – Provide direct supervision and mentorship to Teachers and Aides.
Requirements
The ideal candidate must possess one of the following qualifications:
- A bachelor's degree in early childhood education, child development, special education, elementary education, or a human services field, plus one year of experience with children.
- A bachelor's degree, including 30 credit hours in the above fields, plus two years of experience with children.
- An associate's degree in the above fields, plus three years of experience with children.
- An associate's degree, including 30 credit hours in the above fields, plus four years of experience with children.
