Job Summary
The Food Server is responsible for assisting in the preparation and service of all meals to clients and staff within the organization.
Job Duties / Essential Functions
- Transport and distribute meals throughout food service locations.
- Load, transport, and unload food service equipment to and from service locations
- Follow daily cycle menu and production worksheets to include snacks and special diets. Record daily food preparation and usage / report special diet meal changes at point of service.
- Assure overall sanitation and general cleaning of serving areas.
- Prepare cold food according to established procedures and / or recipes.
- Assist in special events as necessary.
- All other duties as assigned by management.
