Position : Foster Care CaseworkerProgram : Pennsylvania Foster Care and Community Programs, [Office]KidsPeace invites you to join our mission-driven team of professionals who provide hope, help, and healing to children, adults and those who love them. The KidsPeace foster care program serves children aged 0-21 in local foster homes. The Caseworker plans, coordinates, and implements the service plans for children on their caseload : Autonomously and independently assist with the placement of children in foster homes; schedule regular, ongoing visits to each assigned foster home to supervise, support, motivate, and reinforce foster parents’ work with the children.
