Create, maintain and supervise a safe, functional and aesthetically pleasing physical environment. Provide timely completion of general maintenance and repair to all facility buildings for KidsPeace National Centers of New England.
QUALIFICATIONS :
High School diploma and one year experience in duty related area.
JOB DUTIES :
To promote and maintain a safe, healthy, functional, and aesthetically physical environment for children and employees.
Ensure timely completion of general maintenance and repair to all facility buildings.
Carry out the Preventative Maintenance Program for all equipment and utility systems.
Keep all agency vehicles in safe operating condition and facility grounds, roads, signage, and play areas well maintained and free of hazards.
Keep and maintain data, complete and file reports as requested.
