As a Family Consultant, you will play a key role in shaping the future of children in our community by identifying their needs and ensuring they have access to the services and support necessary to thrive.

Position Overview:
The Family Consultant is responsible for identifying the medical, social, educational, and other needs of eligible foster care families. You will take on a leadership role in foster care, guiding the planning and implementation of direct treatment and overall case management for children and families within our service area. This is a highly collaborative role, working alongside a dedicated team to ensure the best outcomes for the families you support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess the needs of foster care families and develop personalized care plans
  • Connect families with essential services and resources
  • Act as the team leader for assigned cases, overseeing treatment planning and implementation
  • Ensure proper case management and coordination of services
  • Provide ongoing support and advocacy for families throughout their foster care journey

Qualifications:

  • Education & Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 2 years of experience working with children and families

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $47,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
