Key Responsibilities:
- Cultivate donors to deferred giving and recommend strategies for increasing deferred gift support.
- Develop and implement effective direct mail campaigns to obtain and increase current gift support.
- Direct all fundraising activities, including major gifts, capital campaigns, donor moves management, grants, and foundations.
- Supervise outreach and communications initiatives targeting KidsPeace's associate base.
- Ensure organizational compliance with state and federal regulations related to fundraising, lobbying, and ethics.
