Job Summary
This position will assist departments with recruitment strategies to fill open positions with highly qualified staff members on a timely basis.
Job Duties
- Responsible for the internal posting/job bidding process for respective client groups
- Manage all existing recruiting processes for hourly positions, including posting and continually promoting through various methods (i.e., career pages, college boards, referrals, etc.)
- Participate in all hiring events as needed, job and career fairs
- Assist all candidates through the application process, as needed
- Conduct a thorough pre-screen of candidate's credentials before forwarding to the hiring manager for an in-person or video based interview
- Maintain all interview documentation as required by local laws and KidsPeace policy
- Manage the offer of employment process for assigned client group (i.e., obtain approvals, secure verbal offer, coordinate with Recruiting Team Leader and Onboarding, etc.)
Qualifications
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management and/or a related degree
- 1–2 years proven experience, preferably in Employment or Human Resources
- Computer knowledge and applications plus strong organizational skills, independent initiative and functioning success necessary
