QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School diploma and one year experience in duty related area.
JOB DUTIES:
- To promote and maintain a safe, healthy, functional, and aesthetically physical environment for children and employees.
- Ensure timely completion of general maintenance and repair to all facility buildings.
- Carry out the Preventative Maintenance Program for all equipment and utility systems.
- Keep all agency vehicles in safe operating condition and facility grounds, roads, signage, and play areas well maintained and free of hazards.
- Keep and maintain data, complete and file reports as requested.
