Job Summary
As a Licensed Behavioral Health Professional with the KidsPeace MORES Team, you will act as the team leader to provide therapeutic interventions and coordination of treatment services for families in care. As a Licensed Behavioral Health Professional with the KidsPeace MORES Team, you will act as the team leader to provide therapeutic interventions and coordination of treatment services for families in care. This role involves addressing behavioral health care needs of children based on established treatment goals and EPSDT standards. You will provide counseling and interventions, including those described below.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Team Leader in consulting with providers, engaging community supports, and incorporating their input in the MORES planning process.
- Participate in person-centered MORES planning (MP) to assist with home-based crisis evaluation, stabilization, and support plans.
- Provide psychoeducation as indicated in the MP plan.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of interventions, ensuring symptom reduction and progress toward goals identified in the MP plan.
- Assist with crisis interventions as necessary and ensure accurate and timely documentation meeting state requirements.
