PURPOSE OFPOSITION
This is a supervisory position. The Autism Operations Supervisor is responsible for directing, overseeing, and providing structure for the day to day operational and administrative tasks. In tandem with the clinical team, the Autism Operations Supervisor will ensure adherence to the program’s treatment services, applicable regulations, standards, and philosophy of care. The Autism Operations Supervisor will supervise and direct the Program Facilitators. Oversight includes the assurance of the operational integrity of all autism services involved in direct service delivery and documentation of that service delivery. The Autism Operations Supervisor works in cooperation with Director, Managers, Clinicians and multi- disciplinary therapists to provide evidence-based, ethical services based on KidsTLC philosophy of care. The person in this position reports to the Vice President of Trellis Autism Services.
Tasks are performed under the direction of the Vice President of Trellis Autism Services of KidsTLC. Work performance is reviewed through informal supervision, formal supervision, reports, and evaluations. Incumbent to this position is a KidsTLC employee and subject to the KidsTLC personnel policies and procedures.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The following duties are normal for this position. These are not to be construed as exclusive or all inclusive. Other duties may be required and assigned.
· Assists the Vice President, Clinical Team (e.g., Director of Quality Outcomes, Clinical Manager, etc.) , and Autism Operations Manager in overall direction of and responsibility for the AutismProgram.
· Serves as a role model and mentor for all Autism Program staff with respect to professionalism, ethical service delivery, and evidence-basedpractice
· In coordination with the Vice President of Trellis Autism Services, directly supervises and manages the Autism ProgramFacilitators
o Assists the Vice President, Clinical Team, and Human Resources Department in recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and initially training Autism ProgramFacilitators.
o Provides ongoing assessment, supervision, in-service and remedial training, feedback and professional development opportunities for Autism Program Facilitators in cooperation with relevant teams within KidsTLC. This includes initial 30-, 60-, and 90-day performance reviews and annual reviews thereafter.
o Identifies opportunities for team-building and morale-boosting activities and coordinates related logistics for execution (e.g., outings,potlucks, spirit weeks).
o Serves as the primary source of communication for the Program Facilitators (disseminating information and solicitinginformation).
o Utilizes the KidsTLC system for managing and approving timecards for Program Facilitators. This includes double-checking timecards for accuracy and managing leave requests.
o Manages attendance communication for unexpected, day-of absences, manage attendance records, and follow-up according to the Autism Program Call Out Policy
o In coordination with the Vice President, Clinical Team, and Autism Operations Manager, designs and implements evidence-based systems of staff supervision and management, based on best-practice standards of organizational behaviormanagement
· Coordinates and maintains the daily/weekly schedule for all autism services under the direction of the Vice President of Trellis Autism Services and in coordination with the Autism Operations Manager.
o Modifies the master schedule on a weekly basis given staff and client schedule changes (PTO, planned client absences,etc.) .
o Modifies the schedule on a daily basis given unexpected client cancellations and staffoutages.
o Coordinates daily and weekly activities for clients (e.g., client lunches, related services therapy sessions, campus-wide spaceusage).
o In coordination with the Vice President of Trellis Autism Services, approves or denies leave requests for Program Facilitators in a manner that ensures the integrity of the AutismProgram.
o Comprehends and proficiently implements scheduling parameters, including authorization limitations, CPT codes, and billable versus non-billableservices.
· Supports the needs of the clients in the AutismProgram
o Assists the Autism Operations Manager and clinical team with the completion of intake tasks for newclients.
o Supports Lead Program Facilitators and Program Facilitators on a daily basis by being present and available for as-needed client- or program-related tasks (e.g., delivering medications, retrieving materials,etc.).
o Assists Lead Program Facilitators and Program Facilitators in the directsupport of clients throughout the day by working directly with clients, as needed, and assisting with transitions, scheduled activities and therapies, and the management of clientbehavior.
o Whenever possible, is present during morning client check-in and afternoon client check-out to assist with logistics and in providing a friendly atmosphere forfamilies.
· Manages the environmental assets and needs in the AutismProgram
o I dentifies, assigns, and maintains therapy spaces for all clients andservices.
o Maintains materials and supplies, including managing the inventory and purchasing and/or ordering needed materials and supplies under the direction of the Vice President of Trellis Autism Services.
o Conducts monthly safety checks and safetydrills.
o Communicates with KidsTLC’s Campus Management Department regarding the environmental needs of the AutismProgram.
o Maintains a system of identifying and assigning “Administrative Tasks” for Program Facilitators to complete during assigned “AdminTime”.
Performs other duties as assigned or requested by the Vice President of Trellis Autism Services.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
We are seeking an individual with a minimum of five years of experience in behavioral health services with children and families or a related field. It is desired that the candidate haveexperience in and knowledge of center-based applied behavior analysis programs and bestpractice approaches to serving children and adolescents with behavior disorders, autismspectrum disorder, and related developmental disabilities. Experience working directly withclientswithASD isstronglypreferred.
A demonstrated ability to work independently, take initiative, follow through, and workcooperatively is necessary.The ideal candidate will possess strong communication, leadership andorganization skills, an understanding of and respect for the populations we serve, and the ability toserveasarole model, mentor, coach and leader.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in behavior analysis, organizational behaviormanagement, special education, social work, psychology, or a related field.University-levelcoursework inabusinessor organizationalbehaviormanagementisstronglydesired.
