As an Assistant Manager, you will play a pivotal role in our center's success by leading initiatives in sales and customer service, center operations, team development / hiring, and coaching. Collaborating closely with your Manager, you will focus on becoming a subject matter expert in all four components to drive excellence and innovation in our centers.
Role Overview :
As an Assistant Manager, you will have multifaceted responsibilities encompassing sales and customer service, center operations, team development / hiring, and coaching. Your role will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth operation of our center and delivering a world-class experience to our members.
Key Responsibilities :
Follow up on leads and schedule trials, ensuring high conversion rates.
Conduct audits of ZenPlanner and Key Performance Indicators (KPI) to ensure data accuracy and identify areas for improvement.
Participate in the hiring process for new team members, including conducting interviews and providing input on hiring decisions.
Serve as the subject matter expert in programming, coaching approximately 15 hours per week.
