KidStrong is seeking a dynamic and results-driven individual to fill the role of Center Director. As a leader, you will be responsible for driving growth, improving processes, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop the coaching team through feedback, meetings, evaluations, and recognition.
- Coach required amount of classes and deliver pre-designed workouts to parents and students.
- Engage and motivate members throughout the class.
- Be promotionally-oriented and schedule trials through a company-required vetting process.
Qualifications:
- Experience in sales and marketing.
- Ability to understand and communicate corporate policies and procedures.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
- Physical stamina to perform aerobic activity and lift 50 pounds.
