Responsibilities
- Assist healthcare providers with patient examinations and procedures.
- Perform administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments and managing patient records.
- Provide excellent patient service by addressing inquiries and concerns promptly.
- Support the preparation of examination rooms and ensure they are properly stocked.
- Conduct basic clinical tasks such as taking vital signs and recording medical histories.
- Facilitate communication between patients, families, and medical staff.
- Maintain compliance with health regulations and office policies.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Medical Assistant or similar role in a healthcare setting.
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology and procedures relevant to pediatrics.
- Excellent patient care skills with a focus on empathy and communication.
- Ability to manage administrative tasks efficiently while providing clinical support.
- Familiarity with outpatient procedures is preferred but not mandatory.
- Certification as a Medical Assistant is a plus but not required.

Perform Vitals and procedures
Administer vaccinations
Preferred Qualifications:
At least 2 years medical assistant experience
Greenway's PrimeSuite PM/EMR system
Experience working with Florida Shots.

Most be able to work 10:30-7pm
Most be able to work Saturdays as need
