We are looking for a motivated Medical Front Desk to work in General Practice office . This will be a full time position.
Candidate must be available to work the following shift:
Monday to Friday
*Available to work 8:30am to 5pm
*Available to work Saturdays.
General Qualifications:
- Verify Insurance
- Collect, record, and obtain patient information such as vital signs, medical history, and laboratory results
- Referrals and Authorization Knowledge a plus
- Display professionalism and maintain confidentiality.
- Medical records management
- Answer Multi-line phone system *very important*
- EMR knowledge (Prime suite a Plus)
- Vaccine Knowledge a MUST
- Vital Signs
- Injections Administration Knowledge
Preferred Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of medical front office and Medical Assistant experience
- Greenway's PrimeSuite PM/EMR system a Plus
- Insurance verification, Pre-certifications and prior authorization specialist authorizations
- Full Time
- Bilingual a Must
