Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Practice Manager to oversee the daily operations of two of our clinics. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in medical management, with a focus on ensuring efficient practice operations while providing exceptional patient care. This role requires a proactive leader who can effectively manage staff, budgets, and clinic resources to maintain a high standard of service. This role involves overseeing the McKinney and Southlake clinics.
Qualifications
- Minimum Bachelors Degree required, prefer degree in Nursing or MBA
- Four years experience in a primary care setting is required
- 4 - 6 years management experience is required
- Must demonstrate a record of increasing job responsibility linked to accomplishments in healthcare management
Responsibilities
- Full Time (40 hours min)
- The Practice Manager (PM) is responsible for the daily operations of two intermediate-sized primary care practices typically staffed with 4-6 FTE providers and 5-20 staff and 10-15 remote staff.
- Daily operations include: budget management and the hiring, supervision, staffing, evaluation, and discipline of staff
- Provide leadership and guidance to the administrative staff, ensuring efficient and effective operations
- Works effectively with providers and other staff to develop and implement common priorities and goals related to providing optimal customer service, maximizing operational efficiency, assuring financial viability and rendering high quality health care services
- Demonstrate through leadership example, visible organizational support and a positive attitude to create a positive work environment and enhance provider and staff morale
- Monday-Friday, full-time, 2 Saturday per month 9-2
