Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide essential support to Our Director, ensuring that administrative tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. This role requires a proactive individual who can manage multiple responsibilities while maintaining a high level of professionalism and attention to detail. Experience in the Childcare Industry Preferred. Must be willing to Train as a Teacher as well to fill in when needed. Duties to include, but not limited to, completing weekly staff schedules, maintaining all Staff and Student Files, Weekly Billing, assisting teachers in the classroom when needed. We are looking for someone who wants to Learn and Grow in a Team Environment.
- Manage Center Operations.
- Handle incoming calls and emails with excellent phone etiquette, providing exceptional customer service.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, ensuring all information is up to date.
- Maintain organized filing systems for easy retrieval of documents and records.
Skills
- Strong office management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent time management abilities to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Google Suite applications (Docs, Sheets, Slides) is essential.
- Demonstrated phone etiquette and customer service skills to interact positively with clients and colleagues.
- Attention to detail in data entry and proofreading tasks to ensure accuracy in all documentation.
- Strong computer skills with the ability to adapt to new software quickly.
- Previous experience in an administrative role is a plus but not required.
