We are seeking a passionate Early Preschool Assistant Teacher (3yr olds) to join our team at KidVentures Child Care and Preschool. In this role, you will create an engaging learning environment that promotes the development of essential skills in young children. Your contributions will help shape the future of our students and support their growth in a fun and educational setting.
Responsibilities
- Create a safe and welcoming classroom environment that encourages exploration and learning.
- Monitor and assess children's progress, providing feedback to parents and guardians.
- Engage children in creative activities that promote physical, emotional, and cognitive development.
- Collaborate with other educators to enhance the overall learning experience.
- Maintain a clean and organized classroom that meets health and safety standards.
Requirements
- Early Childhood experience preferred but not required.
- Experience working with preschool-aged children in an educational setting.
- Strong understanding of early childhood development principles.
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with children, parents, and staff.
- Ability to create engaging lesson plans that cater to diverse learning styles.
- Background check required.
- CPR/First Aid Certification required within 30 days of hire.
- ND Growing Futures training must be completed within 30 days of hire.

Pay: $15.50 - $16.50 per hour
