Summary

We are seeking a passionate Pre-toddler Teacher to join our team at KidVentures Child Care and Preschool. In this role, you will create a fun and educational atmosphere for pre-toddler aged children, helping them develop essential skills while ensuring their safety and well-being.

Responsibilities

• Create a safe, welcoming, and engaging classroom environment for children.
• Observe and assess children's development, providing feedback to parents as needed.
• Foster positive relationships with children, encouraging their social and emotional growth.
• Maintain a clean and organized classroom space that meets health and safety standards.
• Collaborate with other staff members to enhance the overall educational experience.

Requirements

• Experience working with young children in a childcare is prefered but not required.
• Strong understanding of child development principles and best practices in early childhood education.
• Excellent communication skills with both children and parents.
• First Aid/CPR certification must be completed within 30 days of hire
• ND Growing Futures Training must be completed within 30 days of hire
• Background check/fingerprints are required.

Pay: $15.50 - $16.50 per hour
