Job Overview
We are seeking a reliable, fun, personable, energetic Supervisor to join our Kidz Bounce team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in overseeing daily operations, ensuring a positive memorable experience for our party guest. This position requires strong customer service skills, a keen eye for detail, the ability to multitask, able to work under high stress situations, can work a flexible schedule, and is looking for a weekend part time job. This position is weekends only with some options to work weekdays as needed. Looking for candidates 21 of age
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Assist with party coordination, such as birthday parties, field trips, team events, open bounce, and play groups
- Open and close the facility. Able to work alone with little to no supervision
- Setup standard parties and party themes
- Daily cleaning task
- Light clerical duties
- Address customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Provide a positive high level experience for our customers
Experience
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to think quickly on your feet
Pay
- Hourly and 100% of tips are included.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 5 – 30 per week
