Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive lesson plans that align with curriculum standards.
- Foster a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment that supports the emotional and social development of students.
- Utilize effective teaching strategies to promote literacy education and math skills among students.
- Adapt instructional methods to meet the needs of students with varying abilities, including those requiring special education services.
- Conduct assessments to evaluate student progress and adjust teaching methods accordingly.
- Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and other educators to support child welfare and early intervention strategies.
- Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching practices and stay current with educational trends.
- Organize physical education activities that promote health, fitness, and teamwork among students.
Requirements
- Experience in Education or a related field; certification in Early Childhood Education is preferred.
- Experience in lesson planning and curriculum development for preschool or early childhood settings.
- Knowledge of special education practices and early intervention techniques is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of child welfare principles and the ability to create a safe learning environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with students, parents, and colleagues.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $14.00 - $18.00 per hour
