Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Teacher's Aide to support our educational team in creating a positive learning environment for students. The ideal candidate will assist teachers in implementing lesson plans, managing classroom activities.
Responsibilities
- Assist the lead teacher in preparing and delivering instructional materials and lessons.
- Support students with their daily activities, ensuring they are engaged and participating.
- Implement behavior management strategies to promote a positive classroom environment.
- Help with classroom management tasks, including organizing materials and maintaining cleanliness.
- Communicate effectively with teachers, parents, and other staff regarding student progress and needs.
- Supervise students during playtime and other non-classroom activities to ensure safety.
Requirements
- Familiarity with toddler care and preschool environments is a plus.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with students, teachers, and parents.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also being able to take initiative when necessary.
- Experience working with students of varying abilities and backgrounds is beneficial.
