Toddler Teacher

Job Overview
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Toddler Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will create a nurturing and stimulating environment for young children, fostering their social, emotional, and cognitive development. This role requires a strong understanding of childhood development principles and the ability to engage with children in a meaningful way. TheToddler Teacher will work closely with parents and staff to ensure that each child’s individual needs are met.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that promote learning through play and exploration.
• Create a safe, welcoming, and inclusive classroom environment for all children.
• Educate children on basic skills such as numbers, letters, colors, and shapes while encouraging creativity and curiosity.
• Monitor and assess children's progress and adapt teaching methods to meet diverse learning styles.
• Foster positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues to support the children's development.
• Maintain a clean and organized classroom, ensuring all materials are safe and accessible.

• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including first aid protocols.

Experience

• Previous experience in a preschool or early childhood education setting is preferred.
• Knowledge of childhood development principles is essential.

• Certification in First Aid is desirable but not mandatory; training can be provided.
