Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Preschool Teacher to join our educational team. Duties
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that meet the developmental needs of children.
- Foster a positive classroom environment that promotes learning and encourages children to explore their interests.
- Manage classroom behavior effectively, ensuring a safe and respectful atmosphere for all students.
- Provide care for infants and toddlers, ensuring their safety and well-being during daycare hours.
- Collaborate with parents and caregivers to support each child's learning journey.
- Maintain accurate records of children's progress and communicate regularly with parents regarding their development.
- Adapt teaching methods to accommodate students with disabilities or special needs, ensuring inclusivity in the classroom.
- Conduct regular assessments to evaluate children's growth and development.
Skills
- Experience working with children in an educational or caregiving setting is essential.
- Strong behavior management skills to maintain a productive classroom environment.
- Knowledge of infant care practices is a plus.
- Ability to educate and engage students through creative teaching methods.
- Familiarity with classroom management techniques to facilitate effective learning experiences.
- Experience working with students who have disabilities, demonstrating patience and adaptability.
- Certification in First Aid and CPR is highly desirable.
