Job Overview

Duties
- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that promote learning and development in a classroom setting.
- Provide care for toddlers and preschool-aged children, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.
- Engage children in educational activities that stimulate their cognitive, emotional, and social growth.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe classroom environment conducive to learning.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress and any concerns that may arise.
- Observe and assess children's development, adapting teaching methods to meet individual needs.
- Collaborate with colleagues to create a supportive team atmosphere focused on the best interests of the children.
- Stay informed about best practices in early childhood education, special education, and caregiving techniques.
Qualifications
- Experience working with children in a daycare or preschool environment is highly preferred but not required. Willing to train.
