Overview
Kidz Kingdom Early Learning Academy (Camp Hill) is seeking a dedicated Group Supervisors to join our brand-new facility. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with children and possess a diverse skill set that includes childcare, behavior management, and fine motor skills.
We serve children from the ages of 6 weeks through 13 years of age. Our core hours of operation are Monday through Friday from 6:30 a.m. until 6 p.m. We are seeking full time Group Supervisors for our brand-new facility.
Duties
- Assist the Supervisor in overseeing daily operations and activities
- Provide guidance and support to staff members
- Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures
- Assist in developing and implementing educational programs
- Engage with children in various activities such educational exercises and activities
- Support in managing classroom dynamics and behavior
- Ability to educate and interact effectively with children
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English, both orally and in writing.
- Strong interpersonal, relationship building and leadership skills.
- An ability and willingness to occasionally work evenings and Sundays.
- Must be able to do a considerable amount of walking, standing, bending, stooping and lifting up to 40 lbs., with or without reasonable accommodations.
Additional Conditions of Employment
- Must pass a pre-employment health assessment, conducted by a physician, physician’s assistant or CRNP. This includes, but is not limited to, Tuberculosis screening.
- Must satisfactorily complete all pre-employment backgrounds checks required by The Child Protective Services Law (CPSL).
