Responsibilities

- Assess and evaluate student progress through standardized testing and ongoing observations.
- Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating classroom environment conducive to learning.
- Provide individualized support for students requiring early intervention or additional tutoring.
- Manage classroom behavior effectively, promoting positive interactions among students.
- Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and other educators to support child welfare and development.
- Engage in physical education activities that promote health and wellness among students.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, progress, and performance.
Skills
- Strong understanding of standardized testing procedures and educational assessments.
- Experience in preschool or childcare settings is preferred.
- Ability to work effectively with children of various ages, including toddlers.
