SUMMARY: The Data Project Coordinator plays a vital role in the development and deployment of strategic initiatives across KIDZ Medical Services. Uses project management skills and excel skills to effectively lead cross-functional teams to achieve desired outcomes. Professionalism, ability to execute and operationalize projects, and effective communication are essential to success in the role.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ensures project deliverables are achieved in high quality and timely fashion within budget guidelines
- Performs under minimal supervision with accountability for specific goals/objectives.
- Supports the Executive team and other departments to develop performance improvement targets for quality, service, and efficiency of the organization.
- Collects and reports data from the EHR ensuring consistent and reliable data management.
- Assists with clinical configuration within the EHR to ensure functionality is appropriate and useful to end users.
- Builds and maintain productive, healthy work relationships across the whole organization
- Facilitates team and project status meetings effectively to keep projects on track.
- Effectively communicates relevant project information to superiors.
- Responsible for collecting and synthesizing data from a variety of sources, routine ad hoc reporting, interpreting findings, and tracking performance.
- Provides administrative support when needed
- Performs other related duties as assigned by management
QUALIFICATIONS
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED), or two to three years related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Associate degree (AA) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school, or one to two years related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Bachelor's Degree (BA) from four-year college or university, or 6 months to a year of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Healthcare experience and/or training preferred but not required
- Certificates, licenses and registrations Preferred but not required: Data analytics
- Computer skills required: Microsoft Office Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook
- Ability to utilize Excel functions like pivot tables, sorting, filtering, and in-cell formulas
- Other skills required: Strong business acumen and critical thinking skills; excellent interpersonal, organizational, written and oral communication and presentation skills; Highly motivated, detail-oriented complex problem solver, with an ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
Monday- Friday, 40 hours per week.
