ABA Paraproffesional Job Overview:

We are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated ABA Paraprofessional to join our team at KidzThrive ABA. As an ABA Paraprofessional, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of individuals with ASD.

ABA Paraproffesional Responsibilities:

• Conduct one on one therapy sessions with clients using ABA techniques
• Implement individualized behavior plans under the supervision of a BCBA
• Collect data to measure progress
• Assist in the development and implementation of behavior support plans
• Maintain clear and effective communication with families, supervisors, and other relevant parties
  
  
  

ABA Paraproffesional Requirements:

• Possess a Bachelors Degree
• Must have prior ABA work experience
• Ability to work flexible schedules including full-time or part-time options
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to effectively communicate with clients, families, and team members
• Ability to follow instruction, work independently, and problem solve in a fast paced environment
• Understanding of HIPAA regulations and ability to maintain confidentiality of client information

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: Up to $32 an hour (based on education and prior work experience)

Expected hours: 30 hours per week

Schedule:

• Monday - Friday: 3-7
