As a Party/Event Host, you will be responsible for creating a fun experience for our visitors for their party or event while following the company’s policies and procedures.
- Setting up party rooms to create a relaxed and positive environment
- Greet and direct guests to their party room
- Maintaining control and timing of the party
- Serving food/beverages to guests
- Organizing gifts (from guests’ arrival to departure)
- Answering guest’s questions and concerns in a polite and respectful manner
- Follow all safety measures
- Cleaning and resetting party rooms
- Provide excellent guest service experience
- Create a fun and exciting atmosphere
- Exhibit positive attitude, patience, and care
- Must be friendly, punctual, and reliable
- Can communicate effectively
- Have a strong focus on customer service
- Day shift (Primarily Weekends during the school year, or Weekdays during school Holidays)
- Morning shift (Primarily on Weekdays During Field Trips during the school year)
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability Preferred
- Weekends only
