Party/Event Operations Specialist

As an Operations Specialist, you’ll be responsible for assisting with the operations of the Birthday Party and other special events that we host at the park. Ensuring that events are being setup properly working alongside park leadership and the Event Coordinator. You would also help lead the team that works in those events and guide them to be at the best of their abilities, and to be able to execute daily operations to their fullest potential.

Responsibilities include;

• Leading a team of “Zupervisors” in daily responsibilities
• Communicate with managers on the status of operations within the facilities
• Assisting with restocking merchandise and helping manage inventory
• Working with the team on setup and organizational duties
• Assist guests with any questions about the facility
• Assist the management staff with managing teams in terms of their performance, attendance, and adherence to company policies
• Interact with the parents and the children as they come in
• Other projects or responsibilities that may be assigned by management
  
  

Requirements;

• 1 years of event experience
• 1 years of experience in a leadership role
• Having a solid attention to detail
• Being a proactive, energetic, self-starter
• Being a team player, who is able to be flexible to the needs of the department
• Weekend availability required

Pay: $15-17/hour to start based on experience
