What are the responsibilities and job description for the Point of Sales Team Member position at KidZania USA?
KidZania is looking for you to join our team! We're looking to fill all shifts, both weekdays and weekends! Want to work in a fun filled environment with a team that’s focused on excitement, education and entertainment? Come join the KidZania team!
We have 2 different types of Point of Sales area.
As an Admissions Team Member, you are the first face our guests see before coming into the park, ambassador for our membership programs, and the last person to assist them out of the park after they've had an exciting experience at KidZania. This team helps with greeting visitors, money handling while working with them on their transactions, ensure that the guests have a solid understanding of what the experience is about.
As a Retail Team Member you work inside one of the retail shops we have inside the park. Those shops include a Convenient store, our PaZZport Rewards program center, and our merchandise shop. Things that you will be responsible for; greeting guests, money handling, helping manage inventory in your areas, assist with sales and answering questions regarding the facility and the programs we have.
We also keep our "city" clean by keeping our areas well maintained.
There may be other tasks and projects that can be assigned based on operational needs.
