We’re seeking a compassionate and responsible In-Home Caregiver to create a nurturing and safe environment for children. - Supervise and ensure the safety and well-being of children at all times.
- Plan and implement age-appropriate activities to promote learning, creativity, and development.
- Administer medication only after approval from KidzCare Connect Agency, in accordance with guidelines. This may be possible, but prior approval from our agency is required before administering any medication.
- Prepare nutritious meals and snacks, accommodating dietary restrictions or allergies.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment for children to learn and play.
- Provide first aid as necessary and monitor children's health, reporting any concerns to parents or guardians.
- Before any babysitting, contact parents to introduce yourself and discuss any important details.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding the child's progress, behavior, and any concerns that may arise.
- Support the overall emotional, physical, and developmental well-being of the child(ren) in your care.
Qualifications:
- Childcare experience is required. If you do not have prior childcare experience, Home Aide Certification or CNA certification will suffice.
- CPR and First Aid certification is highly desirable (or willingness to obtain).
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively in a dynamic environment.
- A caring attitude with a genuine passion for working with children.
