Your Role:
As an Early Childhood Educator, you’ll play a key role in creating a safe, loving, and engaging atmosphere for our children. Your days will be filled with activities that encourage growth, curiosity, and joy.
What You’ll Do:
- Foster an inclusive and welcoming environment for children and families.
- Plan and implement fun, hands-on learning activities and lessons.
- Support children in managing emotions and building social skills.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized classroom and play space.
- Build strong, positive relationships with children, parents, and team members.
- Teach a Christian-based curriculum that inspires and nurtures young hearts.
What We’re Looking For:
- A passion for early childhood education and a heart for children.
- Team-oriented, positive attitude, and great communication skills.
- Willingness to complete:
- First Aid/CPR certification
- Background check
- Notarized Licensing Affidavit
- 24 hours of pre-service training (if needed)
- Experience in early childhood education is a bonus, but we’re happy to train the right person!
