Overview:
We are seeking a Campground Manager to oversee the operations and guest experience at our campground. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality, guest services, and customer relations.
Duties:
- Manage all aspects of campground operations including staff supervision, guest relations, and facility maintenance
- Ensure a high level of customer service and guest satisfaction throughout their stay
- Coordinate activities, events, and programs for campers
- Handle reservations, check-ins, and check-outs efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of campground facilities
- Address any guest concerns or issues promptly and professionally
- Train and supervise campground staff to deliver exceptional service
- Implement safety protocols and emergency procedures
Requirements:
- Previous experience in hospitality, hotel management, or related field
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
- Bilingual or multilingual proficiency is a plus
- Knowledge of front desk operations and guest services
