We are looking for a dedicated and hardworking Groundskeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and beautifying the grounds and outdoor spaces of our property, ensuring a clean and safe environment for all visitors and staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and care for lawn.
- Mow & trim regularly.
- Remove weeds, leaves, and debris from grounds.
- Perform basic landscaping tasks.
- Inspect and repair outdoor equipment as needed.
- Ensure grounds are safe and accessible (clear walkways, snow removal, etc.).
- Follow safety protocols while using tools and machinery.
- Report any damages, needed repairs, or safety hazards to management.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in groundskeeping, landscaping, or maintenance is preferred.
- Ability to operate landscaping tools and machinery safely.
- Strong attention to detail and quality of work.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects.
- Valid driver's license (if required for the job).
