Our team is growing, and we’re looking for a motivated, driven, and experienced Sales Manager to join our team and help us lead the charge in setting a new standard for automotive sales and customer service.

Position Overview : As the Sales Manager, you will play a key leadership role at Kiefer Kia, overseeing the day-to-day operations of the sales department at our new facility. You will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing and mentoring a team of sales professionals, and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to be part of an innovative and customer-first dealership.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead, manage, and mentor a team of sales associates to meet and exceed sales goals.
  • Develop and execute strategies to increase dealership revenue and customer retention.
  • Train, motivate, and guide sales team members in product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service.
  • Ensure the dealership provides a world-class customer experience at every stage of the sales process.
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to develop action plans to meet targets.
  • Maintain knowledge of Kiefer Kia’s vehicle inventory, promotions, and financing options.
  • Collaborate with other departments to maintain smooth operations and efficient workflow.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.
  • Foster a positive work environment, encouraging collaboration and team success.

Qualifications :

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in automotive sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial or leadership role.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Deep understanding of automotive products, financing, and industry trends.
  • A passion for delivering excellent customer service and exceeding customer expectations.
  • A positive, solutions-oriented attitude and a drive for continuous improvement.
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
